An analytical system for detecting discrepancies in the declarations of judges and judicial candidates, cases of undeclared assets, inconsistencies between declared asset values and market prices, suspicious sources of income, and other risks.

Requirement: The monitoring of the lifestyle of Supreme Court judges and the full verification of the declarations submitted by such judges are defined in the Action Plan for the implementation of the European Commission’s recommendations in the 2024 report (point 21) as an effective measure to eliminate corruption risks in the Supreme Court.

Implementation period: ongoing

An analytical system for determining a judge’s workload and the dynamics of case processing, detecting atypical activity of individual case participants, as well as other indicators that help assess a judge’s performance and compare it with other judges.

Requirement: The display and verification of key professional performance indicators, such as the speed of case consideration, are defined in the Roadmap under the area “Rule of Law” (point 1.3) as a measure to increase the transparency and efficiency of courts through the digitalisation of the judicial system.

Implementation deadline: Q4 2027.
